Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Emotion Hub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

G7G LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Description of Service

Emotion Hub is a mood tracking and journaling app that allows you to record, explore, and understand your emotional states over time. All processing occurs locally on your device; journal entries sync via your personal iCloud only.

4. Emotion Hub Plus: Subscriptions and Lifetime Purchase

Logging entries in Emotion Hub is free and unlimited. Emotion Hub Plus unlocks additional features, such as Analytics beyond the most recent 7 days, the PDF report, widgets and the Apple Watch app. The features included in Plus are described in the App and on the App Store. Plus is available as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple; prices are shown in the App before you buy.

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free Trials: If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription or the lifetime purchase.

Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or in the App Store on your Mac. Canceling stops the next renewal; Plus remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

Lifetime Purchase: The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase. It is not a subscription: you are charged once and never again for it, and there is nothing to cancel. It unlocks Plus for the Apple Account that made the purchase, on every device where you use the App with that account, and can be restored with "Restore" in the App. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the App: Plus stays unlocked for as long as the App is made available. If you already have an active subscription, buying the lifetime purchase does not cancel it — cancel the subscription separately in your Apple Account settings to avoid being charged again.

Refunds: Refunds for any purchase are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue them directly.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you record in the App. Emotion Hub is a personal journaling tool and is not intended as a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of G7G LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G7G LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
